Roles and Responsibilities includes - Preparation of Income Tax Return and Financial Reports in MYOB AO or XERO Practice Manager. Bookkeeping in XERO, MYOB, Quickbooks, and other Accounting Software. Processing Payroll in XERO, MYOB. Preparation of Payroll Tax monthly returns Preparation of BAS and IAS, GST reconciliation. Hire purchase schedule experience. Knowledge of Div7a calculation Preparation of End of the year working papers and Tax Reconciliation for Company/Trust. Payroll Reconciliation with STP reporting Knowledge of communication with ATO, ASIC & MYOB etc. End-of-the-year compliance processing work for Small to Medium Businesses. This will be a permanent Full-Time role , Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturdays 8 hours a day working, Work is Remote and work from Home permanent position. Desired Candidate Profile - Experience in outsourcing work of Accounting, Tax and Bookkeeping. Must be VERY proficient in verbal & oral English communications. Experience in Accounting Software, MYOB and XERO. MUST have experience working with XERO Practice Manager (XPM) and Practice with MYOB AO is ideal but NOT mandatory. Advanced knowledge of Excel Strong administration skills with Intermediate level of Office applications.
