Order Taking:Accurately take drink and food orders from guests.
Drink & Food Preparation:Prepare and serve beverages according to guest preferences and established standards.
Menu Knowledge:Possess comprehensive knowledge of the bar and food menu, including ingredients, prices, and standard cocktail recipes.
Payment Processing:Handle cash and card payments, ensuring all transactions are accurate and processed through the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Bar Maintenance:Keep the bar area clean, well-stocked, and organized with all necessary supplies and equipment.
Communication:Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and coordinate tasks.
Inventory:Assist with monitoring and conducting inventory of bar supplies.
Problem Solving:Address guest requests, handle complaints professionally, and report maintenance issues to supervisors.
Compliance:Adhere to company policies, including those regarding alcohol service and safety procedures.
