Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate, located in Warangal. The Advocate will be responsible for representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role includes preparing for trials, hearings, and negotiations by studying legal precedent, investigating facts, and preparing legal briefs. The Advocate will also be required to maintain client relationships and handle a wide range of legal matters. Qualifications Strong skills in legal research, legal writing, and litigation. Proficiency in drafting legal documents and handling case documentation. Excellent negotiation and courtroom representation skills. Ability to provide sound legal advice and maintain client relationships. Good knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited institution. Membership in the Bar Council Of Ap State is required. Prior work experience in the legal field is advantageous.
