Role Overview We are hiring a skilled and responsible Cook to manage daily kitchen activities, maintain hygiene, and prepare items consistently as per SOPs. Key Responsibilities Food Preparation & Execution Prepare all food items as per standard operating procedures. Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation. Handle prep work, cooking, and finishing efficiently. Kitchen Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation. Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times. Manage equipment usage and basic maintenance. Quality Control Ensure every order meets brand quality standards. Check taste, texture, temperature, and consistency before dispatch. Monitor freshness and storage of raw materials. Team Coordination Coordinate with dispatch team or delivery partners. Communicate delays, shortages, or operational issues proactively. Support management during menu testing or process updates. Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of kitchen operations. Ability to multitask and handle rush hours smoothly. Good communication and teamwork.
