The Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls to generate leads, provide information, and support customer queries. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments. Explain products/services to customers clearly and effectively. Maintain call records and update CRM systems. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
