Overview We have an exciting role of Creative Operations Specialist to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies. Responsibilities Develop imaginative and dynamic illustrations, storyboards, and concept sketches. Follow established departmental procedures and prepare all digital packages according to the Creative Operations checklist for release to client specific digital vendors Follow design/digital guidelines and standards in collaboration with the Creative Operations Director, Art and UX Team Attend CO hand-off meetings while referring to the CO checklist to ensure that all client/vendor deliverable expectations are met, including additional documentations, while asking all the pertinent questions during the meeting to make sure you have a clear understanding of the project Ensure files are setup according to deliverable spec, e.g., Websites, Emails, iDetails, Social Media Ads, Banners Ads, Interactive PDFs & PDFs, including the correct digital Make sure all directions are clear, and queries are answered.
