Position Overview: We Bannari Amman Spinning Mills Limited is seeking for a talented and creative Textile Designer - Home Textile to join our team on a full-time basis at Sector - 63, Noida. The Ideal candidate should possess 4 – 7 years of experience in textile designing as a Textile Designer - Home Textile, you will have the opportunity to work with innovative design concepts and contribute your skills in creating unique and impactful home textile patterns. Roles and Responsibilities: Design and develop original home textile pattern, keeping current trends and market needs in mind. Good understanding of basic and compound weave structures Develop innovative designs for home textile products including Kitchen Linen Products, Table Linen Products, Curtains Rugs and decorative accessories, bed linens, towels etc., Research current trends in home textiles, colors and patterns to keep designs fresh and competitive. Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and execute fabric designs that align with client specification Utilize 3D visualization techniques to create realistic representation of textile concepts. Coordinate with production teams to ensure the transition from design to manufacturing is seamless Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Master degree in Textile design, fashion design, NIFT related field 4 – 7 years of professional experience in home textile, preferably in a commercial or manufacturing setting Proficiency in design software such as Adobe illustrator and Photoshop Strong understanding of textile materials, weaving techniques, printing process and color theory Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross – functional teams.
