Banking Telecaller cum team leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and well-spoken individual to join our team as a Tele caller cum Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming/outgoing calls, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Tele calling Duties:

Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers for sales, follow-ups, or lead generation.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Maintain records of calls, leads, feedback, and customer interactions.

Schedule appointments for meetings

Follow communication scripts and maintain a positive, friendly tone with clients.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Provide administrative and clerical support to the office team when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Proven experience in tele calling, reception, or front office roles.

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).

Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Preferred Attributes:

Prior experience in customer service & loans department

Good telephone etiquette and active listening skills.

Confident and proactive attitude.

It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
