As a member of our team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and other teams to drive partner success. Your primary focus will be on enhancing engagement and conversion strategies, contributing to the growth of scalable initiatives within the dynamic fintech ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding high-potential enterprise channel partners nationwide. You will lead partner engagement initiatives to boost mindshare, deepen product understanding, and drive transaction volumes. Developing and executing scalable partnership programs will be crucial to directly impacting business growth. Additionally, monitoring partner performance metrics and proactively identifying opportunities for growth, retention, and upsell will be part of your role. Collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations will be essential to customize value propositions, campaigns, and co-marketing efforts. It will also be crucial to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging business models that could influence our partner strategy. You should be prepared for domestic travel of up to 50% to meet partners and participate in strategic events. To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise partnerships, B2B sales, or strategic alliances, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or banking tech. A strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, including consultants, resellers, and aggregators, is necessary. Demonstrated success in building and scaling strategic partnerships with a clear return on investment is a must. Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are vital. You should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment and possess a strong analytical mindset with a structured problem-solving approach. Extensive travel across India for partner meetings and events should be expected.,
