We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in handling receivables and collections. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the branch's receivable portfolio, ensuring timely payments from customers. Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow. Collaborate with the collections team to identify and resolve issues related to outstanding accounts. Analyze financial data to provide insights on customer behavior and trends, informing business decisions. Build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
