Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Sales Officer to join our growing Life Insurance team. This is a lead-based role where 70% of leads will be provided by the company. Your primary responsibility will be to convert these leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with company-generated leads (70%) and convert them into policy sales
• Identify potential customers and pitch suitable insurance products
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales service
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch growth

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Life Insurance/BFSI preferred)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Goal-driven and customer-focused
