We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Consultants to manage, track, and extract critical metadata from multiple contract types, including Merchant Service Agreements, Enterprise Banking Contracts, and Vendor Agreements. This role will be pivotal in organizing, linking, and extracting data from various formats (including OCR-based documents), while also managing contract lifecycles and addendums. Key Responsibilities: Contract Handling: Review and manage Merchant Service Agreements Analyze Banking Contracts , primarily in OCR (Optical Character Recognition) formats, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Oversee Vendor Contracts , ensuring they align with internal policies and standards. Metadata Extraction & Management: Addendum Tracking & Linkage: Identify and link all contract addendums to their parent agreements to maintain contractual integrity. Ensure that updates and modifications are tracked and documented appropriately.
