Job Opening: Finance Manager (AGM/DGM) Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai Company: Mellora Infrastructure Pvt Ltd (Group Company) Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Mellora Infrastructure. This role will focus on overseeing financial operations, managing fundraising efforts, and liaising with banking partners to ensure the company's financial growth and stability. Key Responsibilities: Fund Raising: Lead initiatives for raising capital, ensuring funding strategies align with business growth and expansion. Banker Relations: Manage relationships with financial institutions, maintaining clear communication regarding financial needs and ensuring smooth execution of financial transactions. Working Capital Management: Oversee and optimize working capital to ensure adequate liquidity for the company's operations. Fund-Based Limits: Manage and monitor fund-based limits to ensure the efficient utilization of credit facilities. Non-Fund-Based Limits: Manage non-fund-based financial limits and ensure they are leveraged effectively. Credit Finance: Oversee the credit finance function, including the assessment and management of credit risk. Skills and Knowledge Required: Strong experience in Fund Raising, including debt and equity instruments. Proven track record in working with bankers to negotiate and secure financing. Deep understanding of working capital management and ensuring business liquidity. Experience in managing both fund-based and non-fund-based credit limits. Expertise in credit finance, including assessing and managing credit risk. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Q ualifications: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance will be an advantage.
