ob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Loan Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to explain loan products, guide them through the application process, and ensure proper follow-up to convert leads into successful loan applications. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote personal, business, or home loan products. Answer inbound queries related to loan options, interest rates, documentation, and eligibility. Provide detailed information about loan terms and conditions in a clear and persuasive manner. Generate and qualify leads, and maintain a strong follow-up schedule to maximize conversions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM tools regularly. Coordinate with the sales and credit team for processing and closing loan applications. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions. Requirements:High school diploma or graduation; additional certification in sales or finance is a plus. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. Good communication skills in English and local languages. Basic knowledge of loan products and banking procedures. Ability to handle customer objections positively and professionally. Target-driven and able to work under pressure.
