Woman at the tellers desk was as rude as could possibly be. A credit card program was moved from BoA to another bank and wanted a simple explanation. She identified herself as a manager. If that’s the manager this branch and company is in trouble.

I come to this bank at least once a month. Today I am line with more than 8 people for more than 20 minutes. There are least 8 teller windows and only two staff operating the windows. In addition, there are more than 2 staff. I used to here for convenience but since that’s no longer offered I’m taking my biz elsewhere

This bank always has the longest wait time for a teller to help you. They only ever have one or two tellers on shift so expect your wait time to always be at least a 30 minute wait in line before they help you. It is the most frustrating experience and it has made it so that I close my account with Bank of America.

They always have 3 or 4 tellers and no lines. I like the personal attention and I don't like to us the ATM because they take jobs away from people. I don't like that they charge to cash checks that are BOA if you don't have an account with BOA. But then again everyone everywhere wants to nickle and dime you.
