Bank of America is the best place in BKC one building ... You will see a lot of bank head officies in bkc but this is the most famous plus it's an international bank head office in mumbai. Love to see something new in mumbai. Located in bandra east.. near bank if baroda. Thanks and do visit ... I love the structure in this building

I called to ask about banking transfer but they dont deal with personal banking. Only deals with corporate clients. The lady I talked to was nice but I don't like how BOA doesn't entertain personal clients.

Lousy rude disgusting poorly trained and uncouth. What a shame. The worst was their customer service and telephone operators. Hope they close this operations. What a sham. Being from Newyork and with an emergency and absolute shame on this bank

Trying to call on the given number since last one week. No response at all. BOFA in America is fantastic but in India it seems they are just too complacent diluting the long held brand.
