Rarely crowded, well lit and has enough money for me and my banking business. The front ATM is very loud, runs out of money frequently, but there is a security guard near the front doors.

Horrible! Never coming back to this bank again, i actually i'm going to cancel my account with bank of america because they s*ck. Came in at 10.30, waited for 2 hours and didn't do anything because they were "too busy" talking to each other and spending more than 45 min with only one person.

Understaffed, innefficient and inneffective. I've tried this branch several times, and will not return. NSB seems to have the only worthwhile branch downtown.

I’m waiting one hour at the bank to open a account and afther that banker “Ronda” told me she can do it, she has some another customer and she do not have time for it now but i was in the bank at 3pm, 2 hours before closes... So, so discussing...

They gave me 125 extra when I took the money out of my account and then told me they would open my account back up and start to put me in the negative if I don’t come back to the bank and give them money back for there mistake
