Bangali cook

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bengali Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of traditional Bengali cuisine, including fish preparations, vegetarian delicacies, and regional specialties. The cook must maintain high standards of hygiene, taste, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic Bengali dishes such as Shorshe Ilish, Kosha Mangsho, Chingri Malai Curry, Begun Bharta, Shukto, Luchi-Alur Dom, etc.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of dishes.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals during service hours.
• Handle raw materials and ingredients with proper care and hygiene.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team and follow instructions from the Head Chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels of Bengali ingredients and assist in procurement planning.
• Experiment with modern presentation while keeping the traditional flavors intact.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
