The practice engages in projects at various scales, from furniture and interior design to architecture and public space design. We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our dynamic team and help bring architectural visions to life through technical coordination and on-ground execution. Role Overview The Project Engineer acts as a vital bridge between the design studio and the construction site. You will be responsible for translating architectural concepts into technically sound, well-constructed buildings, while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance across all project stages. Key Responsibilities Progress Monitoring and Reporting: • Prepare daily progress reports and detailed weekly reports to track project milestones and timelines. Coordination and Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for coordination with different stakeholders, including contractors, client (government authorities), and designer. Facilitate seamless communication across teams to ensure project alignment. Scheduling and Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines. Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives. Monitoring Site Activities: Oversee and monitor daily site activities to ensure work progress aligns with project plans. Identify and address any issues or delays promptly. Documentation and Drawing Management: Prepare daily progress reports and detailed weekly reports to track project milestones and timelines. Track, organize, and update project drawings to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Maintain project documentation for easy reference and compliance purposes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within an architecture or construction firm. Solid understanding of building systems, materials, construction methods, and detailing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office. Knowledge of BIM workflows is a plus. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on public projects.
