Band Saw Operator

• Set up and operate the band saw to cut materials according to work orders, blueprints, or diagrams.
• Adjust blade speed, feed rate, tension, and angle to achieve desired cuts.
• Monitor machine operation for malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.
• Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before and after cutting.
• Perform routine maintenance and lubrication of the band saw, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing appropriate protective gear (safety glasses, gloves, dust mask, hearing protection).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area around the band saw.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor malfunctions in the band saw.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines and optimize workflows.
• Accurately measure and record data related to cuts and production

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
