Required Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Commerce or Accounting is a plus. Prior experience as a billing operator or cashier (preferably in jewellery, retail, or luxury segment). Familiarity with POS software, billing systems, and MS Excel. Basic knowledge of jewellery types, karats, and weight systems is an advantage. Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. This role involves supervising sales staff, maintaining visual merchandising, and ensuring smooth store functioning to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Customer Service Greet customers and ensure they receive prompt, professional, and personalized service. Assist customers with product selection, upselling, and cross-selling as needed.
