Position: Site Engineer (Civil)Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech). Minimum 5 years of experience in civil infrastructure or building construction projects. Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities at site. Interpret and review drawings, designs, and technical documents. Prepare and check Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) . Ensure compliance with relevant IS Codes for construction materials. Oversee casting works, quality checks, and safety measures . Prepare and manage billing, quality control documentation, and site reports . Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies. Utilize AutoCAD and BIM tools for design and execution support. Maintain project data and reports using MS Excel & Word . Ensure effective communication and collaboration across site teams. Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals . Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM , and drawing interpretation. Expertise in Bar Bending Schedule preparation . Familiarity with IS Codes (steel, cement, concrete). Experience in casting work procedures & billing . Good understanding of quality control processes and documentation . Proficiency in MS Excel & Word . Strong communication and team management skills . Ability to handle third-party inspections independently.
