We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our IDS Software Services Business team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable insights and solutions. This position involves pre-sales activities (client and market research, supporting sales teams with solution demonstrations, proposal development) and post-sales activities (project initiation, requirements analysis, product roadmap, wireframes/Figma designs, ongoing client support) along with creating presentations and documents for PoCs, products, etc. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and tailor proposals and presentations. - Conduct feasibility studies and gap analyses to define project scopes. - Gather and analyze business and functional requirements. - Develop BRDs, SRS, and FRS documents. - Lead stakeholder workshops and interviews to validate solutions. - Ensure accurate translation of requirements into technical specifications. - Assist in project planning and resource allocation. - Provide post-sales support, managing change requests, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Support all phases of the SDLC from business case creation to support. - Present data analysis findings to project teams and stakeholders. - Manage evolving business priorities and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Worked with AI/ML and understanding of Healthcare (RCM, Denial, Claim process), Content Management and Publishing will be an added advantage. - Produce high-level solution design documents and detailed business rules documentation. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and IT skills. - Ability to communicate professionally with clients, executives, and developers. - Understanding of SaaS businesses and KPIs. - Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Confluence, CRM systems, Balsamic, JIRA, and MS Office. - Understanding of common software tech stack. Skills and Competencies: - Analytical problem-solving abilities. - Strong interpersonal and consultative skills. - Proficiency in oral and written communication. - Creative thinking and problem-solving approach. - Basic software knowledge and programming language familiarity. - Understanding of databases and networks. - Expertise in stakeholder analysis, cost-benefit analysis, requirements engineering, and process modeling. - Strong client interaction skills, including empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution. - Ability to define, monitor, and report on key metrics and KPIs. - Experience providing training or mentorship to junior team members. - Conducting handshake meetings and market research. - Performing SWOT analysis and resolving queries. - Creating prototypes and vision documents. - Documenting BRDs, SRS, FRS, and user stories. - Conducting GAP analysis and managing change requests. - Experience in pre-sales activities, such as product demonstrations and proposal creation. - Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. - Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.

Youll play a key role in converting complex business processes into clear, structured documentation ready for development execution. Responsibilities: Document conceptual and operational business workflows Create process flow diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Miro Map user journeys for retailers, distributors, and field sales teams Design low-fidelity wireframes for internal mobile/web applications Write developer-friendly System Requirement Specifications (SRS) Collaborate with stakeholders to capture integration flows (WhatsApp, IVR, CRM, ERP) Prepare documentation deliverables for cross-functional handover Required Skills: Strong grasp of business process modeling Experience with wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Miro) Ability to translate ideas into clean visual and written documentation Prior experience in documenting systems with CRM, Inventory, or API integrations Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Role & responsibilities: Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis. Create and maintain detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) . Define and prioritize features, user stories, and technical requirements aligned with business goals. Develop and manage the product roadmap , ensuring alignment with company strategy and timelines. Collaborate closely with UI/UX design teams , providing input to ensure user-friendly and intuitive interfaces. Work with engineering, QA, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product decisions. Track and measure product performance post-launch, and continuously improve based on insights.
