Company Description Balarience Studio, a multidisciplinary design studio based in Mumbai, India, specializes in creating experiences that help brands connect, inspire, and grow. At Balarience Studio, we create designs that evolve and resonate deeply with audiences. Role Description This is a full-time, mid-level, on-sight role for a UI Designer at Balarience Studio. The UI Designer will be responsible for creating visual designs, prototyping, research UI trends. The UI Designer will design user interfaces and ensure an exceptional user experience (UX) across all digital touchpoints. Qualifications Strong Visual Design skills and experience creating prototyping User Interface Design and User Experience (UX) expertise Knowledge to converse with Front-End & Back- end Development team Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Figjam, adobe suite, google workspace apps Excellent communication and collaborative skills Ability to work independently Experience in a multidisciplinary design studio environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field 1-2 years of experience
