We are hiring a responsible Operations & Admin Executive to handle day-to-day deliveries, dispatch, and stock-related work. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Match client POs to stock and prepare items for dispatch Book vehicles (Porter, auto) independently and manage delivery schedules Check invoices before dispatch and ensure correct quantities Maintain stock records in register or Excel Help with admin tasks and update manual supply tracker Ensure clean, error-free dispatch handling daily ✅ Requirements: 1–3 years experience in dispatch / warehouse / admin roles Basic Excel knowledge preferred Local Bangalore candidates only Should speak Kannada + basic English or Hindi Age: 23–35 💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) 🕒 Timings: Mon–Sat, 10 am – 7 pm 📍 Location: Near KH Road, RRM Extension, Bangalore
