Role & responsibilities Oversee end-to-end accounting functions. Plan, coordinate, and execute statutory audits in compliance with applicable laws and standards. Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS as applicable). Liaise with statutory auditors and regulatory bodies for timely completion of audits. Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and other statutory requirements. Implement internal controls and process improvements to strengthen financial reporting. Provide financial analysis and MIS reports to management. Preferred candidate profile Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with [X] years of post-qualification experience. Proven experience in handling statutory audits for manufacturing firms. Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, GST, and other compliance requirements. Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (SAP/Tally or similar). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
