Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day operations of the Project Management Office (PMO) Establish and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and processes Oversee project tracking, reporting, and portfolio performance metrics Ensure alignment of projects with strategic goals and resource allocation Monitor project risks, budgets, timelines, and deliverables Support project managers in planning, execution, and closure of projects Facilitate project reviews and audits to ensure quality and compliance Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO function Manage PMO staff and foster professional development within the team Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field Proven experience in project/program management and leading a PMO Strong understanding of project governance frameworks and lifecycle Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects Professional certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are preferred
