As the First Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and cost-effective operation of the aircraft and the passengers. Your primary focus will be on maintaining consistent operational efficiency while upholding the highest standards of safety. Your key responsibilities will include assisting the Pilot in Command with various flight operations tasks, such as monitoring all flying and operational activities during flight operations. You will be required to perform all duties as outlined in the company's manuals, conduct regular checks on fuel usage, monitor flight and engine instruments, and ensure compliance with checklists at the appropriate times. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing the Operations Manual, making necessary revisions and amendments, obtaining DGCA approval, and maintaining all operational records and documents in an organized manner. Maintaining high standards of flying activities, participating in training and development programs, staying updated on industry trends and best practices, and seizing opportunities for personal and professional growth will be crucial aspects of your role. Effective collaboration with the Ground Operations team, Engineering department, and Flight Crew will be essential. This includes conducting pre and post-flight briefings, delegating tasks, and making informed decisions to ensure smooth operations. Your commitment to following safety procedures and protocols, conducting weather checks, and creating a safe environment for both the crew and passengers will be paramount. You must adhere to standard operating procedures, pre and post-flight safety checklists, and emergency response programs to mitigate risks effectively. To qualify for this position, you must have prior experience as a First Officer on Boeing 737Max aircraft. A comprehensive understanding of DGCA regulations, weight and balance checks, load and trim sheet charts preparation, flight procedures, cockpit checks, and emergency protocols for the type-rated aircraft is also required. Possession of a valid CPL with the relevant aircraft type endorsement and compliance with DGCA requirements are mandatory.,
