As a Business Analyst with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. You will develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states and propose design solutions that meet business needs and objectives. Working with IT and other departments, you will implement solutions to ensure alignment with business goals. Communication is key in this role as you will be expected to relay findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives. Creating detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions will be essential. You will also participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to ongoing optimization efforts will be part of your daily tasks. Experience with OFSSA tables is considered a valuable asset for this position. Additionally, having worked on IT projects related to finance and Treasury in Banks, and possessing a reasonable understanding of GL/SLA setups, balance aggregation, and reconciliation processes will be beneficial.
