Coordination and Scheduling: Schedule and dispatch vehicles, drivers, or equipment to appropriate locations. Monitor and manage schedules to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries. Plan, prioritize, and assign dispatch jobs based on route optimization and urgency. Problem Solving: Address problems related to delays, route changes, or unforeseen circumstances. Ensure all parties are informed and updated on status changes and issues. Work with management to resolve any major issues or conflicts. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed on schedule and in accordance with customer specifications.
