Volunteering Opportunity Company Description Bala Vikasa People Development Training Centre (PDTC) is a premier capacity-building institution based in Warangal and Hyderabad, Telangana, dedicated to empowering development professionals through experiential training. A flagship initiative of Bala Vikasa, PDTC offers programs grounded in Community-Driven Development (CDD), focusing on practical, field-tested approaches to social change. Since 2002, it has trained over 21,000 participants from NGOs, government bodies, academia, and international organizations. PDTC delivers high-impact training in areas such as proposal writing, SROI, resource mobilization, and development communication, supported by world-class residential facilities and model village immersion, enabling participants to design and implement sustainable, community-led solutions. Role Description The Volunteers will help the team in collection and validating the NGO data, writing articles, blogs etc. • Prepare a comprehensive list of consultants, advisors with expertise in specific thematic areas. • Assisting in any other program or assignment allotted during the internship period. • Complete assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner. • Adhere to the rules, regulations, and policies of the Organization. • Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information. • Submit progress reports as required by the supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor’s/PG degree in any field.
