You will be responsible for overseeing Baking Operations by managing the entire baking process to ensure the production of high-quality baked goods. This includes Recipe Development & Standardization where you will create, refine, and standardize recipes while maintaining consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. In addition, you will be tasked with Inventory & Procurement duties such as monitoring ingredient stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely procurement of raw materials. You will also be expected to enforce strict hygiene and food safety standards while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines under Food Safety & Compliance. As a part of your role, you will provide Team Leadership & Training by training, supervising, and guiding kitchen staff, promoting best baking practices and workflow efficiency. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-equipped kitchen environment to optimize productivity under Kitchen Maintenance. Moreover, you will be required to stay updated with industry trends, experiment with new techniques and flavors, and adapt to innovations in order to enhance product offerings under Innovation & Trend Adaptation.
