As a Baking Assistant at Trisha's Bake Den, your main role will involve assisting in baking desserts to fulfill orders. You will have the opportunity to learn various cake recipes used for high-quality homemade cakes, as well as familiarize yourself with the tools and appliances essential for professional baking. Throughout the internship, you will gain hands-on experience in the entire baking process, from making cakes from scratch to frosting them to perfection. Additionally, you are welcome to suggest improvements for the business aspect or even explore your skills in business development, although this is not mandatory. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in baking desserts with the employer to fulfill orders. - Learn various cake recipes and baking techniques. - Gain hands-on experience in the baking process. - Optional: Suggest improvements for the business or explore business development opportunities. **Qualifications:** - Available for part-time work for a duration of 4 months. - Located in Lucknow, preferably close to Gomti Nagar for convenient commuting. - Able to work in the baking studio from 12 pm to 4 pm every weekday. - Possess basic cooking/baking skills. - Demonstrate reliability and consistency in attendance to support the business operations effectively.
