This is a full-time, on-site Bakery & Pâtisserie Chef faculty position at NIPS Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata. As Bakery & Pâtisserie Faculty, you will teach BHM students (Years 1–3) and lead bakery labs covering breads, viennoiserie, cookies, cakes, laminated doughs, and chocolate/sugar work. You will manage bakery operations—including food preparation, cookies and bread making—along with lesson planning, hygiene and safety (HACCP/FSSAI), and assessments to ensure high-quality outcomes. Additionally, you will lead a student-run cloud kitchen and on-campus bakery outlet as part of our entrepreneurship program, guiding students in menu planning, production, costing, hygiene, and sales.
