Food Safety: Adhering to strict food safety standards and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Teamwork: Collaborating with other bakers, potentially developing new recipes, and participating in inventory management. Quality Control: Inspecting baked goods for quality and consistency, ensuring they meet the bakery's standards. Recipe Development: May be involved in the development and testing of new bread products. Skills and Qualifications: Baking Experience: Prior experience in a bakery or culinary environment, especially with bread making, is highly beneficial. Technical Skills: Familiarity with baking equipment (mixers, ovens, proofing cabinets) and understanding of ingredient functionality. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in following recipes, measuring ingredients, and monitoring baking processes. Positive Attitude: Eagerness to learn, ability to work in a team, and a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Knowledge of Dough and Fermentation: Understanding of different types of flour, yeast, and the fermentation process.
