About Us:

Everyday Bakes is a locally loved bakery in Thrissur known for its fresh, high-quality baked goods made with care and consistency. We specialize in breads, pastries, cakes, and traditional Kerala bakes. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, and cakes according to recipes and standards.

• Measure and mix ingredients accurately using traditional and commercial baking equipment.

• Monitor oven temperatures and product appearance to ensure consistent quality.

• Decorate and finish cakes and other baked goods as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.

• Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal specials.

• Manage baking schedules to ensure fresh products are always available.

• Work closely with the kitchen team and front-of-house to meet customer demands.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role.

• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.

• Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.

• Strong attention to detail and consistency.

• Passion for baking and creativity in presentation.

• Team player with good communication skills.

• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
