Poor customer care service. They never pick up phones and customer service center is only in Andheri, for Mumbai and Thane district. Even on emails they don't give proper answer. Never recommend anyone to take loan from Bajaj Finance.

The customer care of bajaj is worst. For loan issuance, they are very quick in business, but if we ask for list of document , transfer certificate, etc, they take longer time sometime like 15 or more days.

Do not take loan from bhf very bad service.. unnecessary extra charges they put plus they never support or answer query properly..go for any standard bank but don't go for bhf...very bad experience

One of the worst services in this world. They would just keep calling for Personal Loan, but would never ever solve the actual query of customers. They keep increasing the interest rate and the duration of loan without any formal intimation.

Very poor...I have just taken a housing loan and within span of 15 days they have increased the rates.and when I called customer care and even higher up nobody is helping me...Such a shame I am going to bt to other banks

Pathetic staff & service, none of the staff were bothered to support..in fact they were sitting idle without any work. They told me if you want take new home loan then we can connect but if you have any query related to existing then we don't know anything.
