The important steps like claim, and liquidation of ULIP, nominee updates etc have to be done at office to reduce impersonation fraud.

Never buy any policy from bajaj allianz.I paid 35000 after maturity it is only 20000. For getting that amount also they have many procedures I have been sending emails for the last 10 days for it.No response.
