I had such a worst experience in my life. I only want to withdraw my policy and only for getting my cheque I had to sit down in their office for 2-3 hours. It's totally bull sheet system.

One of the worst customer service experience. Long queues, just 3 counters. At times the counter gets hogged by their employees themselves. The guy I eventually got to talk to was decent, but the processes, forms, admin etc. are the worst.
