Visited this office 3 times in 2 days to claim/surrender my policy. Always complaining of some IT problems. Poor customer service. I started hating Bajaj group itself because of this. They are suggesting to go some other office in the city.

Very poor customer service. Today I went to their office for renewal payment. Everyone talking over phone not attending the customer. Waited for ten minutes and return back without making the payment. I never expect these kind of treatment from bajaj Allianz.
