Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Manager Valuations of Immovable Properties, located in New Delhi. The Technical Manager will oversee the valuation processes, manage a team of valuation professionals, provide technical support, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities will include research and development, providing analytical insights, and managing various projects from initiation to completion. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Research and Development (R&D) Proven Team Management and Project Management abilities Technical Support expertise Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Valuation, or a related field Experience in the valuation of immovable properties is a plus
