Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in contract terms and propose appropriate solutions to mitigate those risks. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal contract terms and conditions. Contract Management: Lead follow-on client negotiations, amendments, contract changes, formal communications, extensions, claims, and termination events with clients and suppliers. Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
