Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive who will play a key role in expanding our business network and driving partnerships with resale car dealers, banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong knack for sales, relationship management, and identifying business opportunities in the auction and resale space. Key Responsibilities - Identify and onboard resale car dealers, banks, and NBFCs with auctioned assets. - Develop partnerships with telecom providers / VIP number resellers and expand auction categories. - Create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration. - Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for dealer acquisition and asset listings on the Bharat Auction House platform. - Pitch Bharat Auction House services to potential clients, highlighting benefits of transparency, reach, and efficiency. - Negotiate agreements and finalize partnerships with dealers, banks, and resellers. - Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities in resale, auctions, and premium asset categories. - Provide feedback to the product and marketing team on dealer/bank needs and market trends. - Contribute to business growth strategies and innovative approaches for auction categories. - Act as the first point of contact for partner queries and concerns. - Ensure seamless onboarding of clients onto the platform. - Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage repeat listings and long-term loyalty. Key Skills & Competencies - Proven experience in sales / business development, preferably in automotive resale, banking/financial services, or telecom/luxury assets. - Strong networking skills with ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Target-driven with ability to meet and exceed business acquisition goals. - Good understanding of digital platforms, auctions, or e-commerce. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field. - MBA or PGDM (preferred but not mandatory). - 25 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnerships. Target KPIs - Onboard a minimum of 20 resale car dealers per quarter. - Secure at least 35 bank/NBFC partnerships annually for auctioned assets. - Generate minimum monthly revenue of INR X through dealer listings (target to be discussed). - Achieve at least 50 new asset listings per month across categories (cars, bank items, VIP numbers). - Maintain a client retention/renewal rate of 80%+ for onboarded partners. - Submit weekly business growth reports and pipeline updates.
