Additionally, familiarity with secondary skills such as Ktor, Kotlin Coroutines, MVVM, MVI, React Native, Proguard, Google Play Integrity API, APM Integration, backward compatibility, and multi-modular project management is a plus. You will lead the development of scalable applications, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability. Guiding and mentoring the team, setting best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning will be key aspects of your role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, technical decision-making, client engagement, and driving improvements in development workflows are also part of your responsibilities.
