We are looking for a passionate and motivated System Administrator (Fresher) to join our IT Infrastructure team. You will work with a skilled group of engineers to maintain system stability, support infrastructure scalability, and ensure robust performance and security. Job Description As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our systems. You will also help ensure high levels of security, uptime, and performance in a growing technical environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure. Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, software, and system tools. Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. Implement security protocols, backup, and redundancy strategies. Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT staff to resolve technical issues. Support infrastructure upgrades and system integrations as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (freshers welcome). Basic understanding of Windows/Linux servers and networking concepts. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
