You are proficient in evaluating and enhancing data models, database designs, data access, and table maintenance codes. Your capabilities extend to database change management, performance tuning, and resolving database performance, capacity, replication, and other distributed data issues. Your responsibilities involve developing, implementing, administering, documenting, and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the company's database. You will also communicate and coordinate with various teams such as application teams to assess compatibility and impact during upgrades or patch activities. You should be able to install MSSQL server software, configure database servers, monitor and maintain system health and security, design backup processes for servers and associated data, create user accounts and assign security levels, establish disaster recovery protocols, and provide end-to-end technical support and problem resolution.
