Night Operations responsibility for the safety and security of the company assets and interests which include personnel, property, information and assets. Delivering and managing security support to all its business during the night operations effectively. Mitigate risks and maintain a safe and secure workplace Responsible for end-to-end operational management of physical security functions during night operations in accordance with the laid down procedures. Managing Security of Safety of facility as per industry standards within the allocated budget Investigation of all frauds impacting the organization during night operations and following up with reports. Developing a systematic approach and documentation of incoming and outgoing materials pertaining to the facility. Monitor all admin activity/ services & redresses of grievances on admin and facility service and act as back up in the absence of the night admin executive during the night operations. Security vendor management, monitoring all the vendors complied with BGV& PV before deployment. Compliance checks of all vendors’ staff and documentation of the same for records. Ensuring optimal utilization of resources with effective planning. Frequent checks on all vendors for any substance abuse, intoxications etc. Verify and Process of all security / system related invoices in a timely manner to ensure no default in payments. Monthly / quarterly meeting the security / other vendor staff to ensure continuity and stability. As a leader during night operations, manage any crisis or any other related exigencies and plan to ensure security preparedness 24/7. To have a good liaison with local authorities inside the park and also with the law enforcement agencies to handle any emergency during night operations. Escalate night operations deviations /lapses to the Sr. Manager-Security for his investigation and decision making Monitoring the Security Escort Service for its efficiency in coordination with the transport team. Safety and security of employees, especially women employees travelling during odd hours /night hours. Close monitoring at the transport area during major drops and ensuring security escorts are provided to the lady employees on required routes. Any violations to be brought to the notice of the management within the stipulated timeframe Upkeep and monitoring of security surveillance systems during night operations which includes ACS, CCTV, FAS, FE’s…etc. Respond to email, request, and complaints during night operations. Routine walkthrough of floor to check for any security observations and upkeep of the facility. Plan for ERT procedures and maintain record of evacuation drills and practices conducted. Plan for improvements of security process and delivery. Creating and modifying security infrastructure whenever necessary. Address any challenges and ensure that they are timely closed. Participate in root cause analysis and risk-mitigation plan. Training and briefing of contractual security staff to adhere to the FA policy and procedures of the company. Participate and coordinate all audits related to physical security of the site. Ensure employees are in adherence to the company security policy. Conduct clean desk & locker audits as per monthly / Quarterly basis and other related checks as per laid down security process. A ct as a backup for the Site Security Manager in his absence and take important decisions in concurrence with the Senior Director-Administration. Ensure preventive maintenance for all the security systems are carried out as per the SLA / contract and records maintained for audits.
