The company is seeking an Equity Dealer to efficiently execute and manage trades in the Indian options market. The ideal candidate will possess trading experience, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to analyze and assess trading strategies. Responsibilities include executing trades based on predefined strategies, researching backtesting tools for options trading in India, maintaining trade records, collaborating with the research team to enhance strategies, and ensuring compliance with risk management guidelines. Requirements for the role include a minimum of 1 year of trading experience in equities or options, a graduate degree from a recognized university, strong analytical and research skills, knowledge of Indian stock and options markets, familiarity with trading platforms (NEST, ODIN, Stoxxo, Quantiply, etc.), experience with backtesting platforms (Backinzo, Stockmock, Algotest, etc.), understanding of risk management principles, and proficiency in Excel or other relevant tools.
