Role & responsibilities Product & Process Quality Management Ensure quality at each stage of module manufacturing from incoming raw material to final module dispatch. Supervise in-process and final inspection activities (visual inspection, EL, IV, Hi-Pot, etc.) Ensure compliance with IEC 61215, IEC 61730, UL, and BIS standards during module testing and validation. Maintain and monitor key quality KPIs such as yield, rework, FPY, and scrap rate. Testing & Inspection Validate test results from equipment like EL tester, IV tester, Hi-Pot, and flash tester.
