We are seeking a creative and skilled backpack designer to become a part of our team. Your primary task will involve creating and designing backpacks that align with the preferences and requirements of our customers, while also reflecting our brand identity and standards. This role will require close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and the marketing team to ensure that the backpacks produced are both innovative and stylish. The position is based in Manesar. Responsibilities: - Conduct research and analysis on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products. - Develop sketches and prototypes of backpack concepts and features. - Choose and acquire materials, fabrics, hardware, and accessories for the backpacks. - Generate and maintain technical specifications and drawings. - Collaborate with the sampling team and sample masters to guarantee quality and feasibility. - Test and assess backpack prototypes and samples. - Present and propose backpack designs and concepts to both internal and external stakeholders. - Adhere to and uphold our brand guidelines and design standards. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in industrial design, fashion design, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience as a backpack designer or in a similar role. - Portfolio showcasing past backpack design projects. - Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Sketch. - Knowledge of backpack materials, fabrics, hardware, and accessories. - Familiarity with backpack production methods and processes. - Capability to sketch and prototype backpack concepts and features. - Ability to create and revise technical specifications and drawings. - Strong teamwork skills and the capacity to work independently. - Effective communication and presentation of design ideas. - Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and keen attention to detail.,
